HAND SNOW REMOVAL
Over the winter months you want your show homes to be cleared of snow and safe for patrons to walk to. We can remove the snow from driveways and sidewalks before the show homes open for the day. We will also make sure they are free of ice. We offer monthly snow removal contracts or one time calls.

We understand that empty lots can be over run with weeds over the growing months; this can some times be an issue in certain municipalities. We offer weed control with chemical or non-chemical services.

LOT CLEANING
Lots in construction sites often become dump sites for extra materials or garbage. We can come and haul away all the garbage on the lots with either a bobcat or man power; no job is too big or too small.
TRUCKING
Some times there are projects that involve removing material from site or to site; we can provide trucking to import or export materials
Cleaning up unwanted materials and debris so the lot is ready for building and the neighborhood looks clean.
